I am very good at what I do. I consider myself an expert in the HR field. I had over 10 years of experience in the human resources industry, working 60+ hours a week with a large chunk of those hours consuming my weekends 


My first child changed my life and perspective on work life balance. I wanted to be there for “the firsts”; first words, first steps, first day of school, first birthday, first games, etc. Time freedom meant more to me than money. I had to do something different, because my corporate America schedule wasn’t going to cut it. I took a step of faith and became an HRprenuer launching HR STRONG. After securing my first contract, I never looked back. 


To date, it was the best decision I’ve made. To have my body of work respected, sought after, and well paid was humbling and empowering. My son is now 10 and I am proud to say I have been there and continue to be there for those precious moments. I was able to achieve being a full-time mom and a lucrative business owner. I truly believe, with HR STRONG’s business model, you can accomplish this too!

What is a “protected territory” considered for a franchisee?

Protected territory means your marketing and business networking activities are restricted to your defined territory. However, there is no restriction on where your clients are located.

Client's prospects who pursue your business outside of your territory are considered your lead. No revenue percentages or finder’s fees will be required. 

Will I be working for

NO, our consultants are independent business owners who operate under our brand and provide our products and services. They maintain full control of their own consultancy and work for themselves, ensuring autonomy and ownership of their business.
